Shipping Policy for VT OFFICIAL

- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- During peak times, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
- For express shipping, please ensure availability to receive your package at the provided delivery address.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you or schedule a redelivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently deliver only within the UAE and MIDDLE EAST Countries
- Deliveries to certain remote areas may require additional delivery time
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- You can track your order via our shipping partner's tracking portal.
6. Shipping Address Policy
- Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
- VT OFFICIAL is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Shipping Fees

- Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, returns, or exchanges unless the error is on our part.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at vtofficial2024@gmail.com or via our contact page.
