RETURNS & EXCHANGE

RETURNS:

Please email us at info@vtofficial.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.

For orders within Dubai and Abu Dhabi – we will arrange a courier pick-up. A return shipping fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Customers are responsible for all return-related costs, including postage, courier charges, duties, and taxes, in cases such as size or color changes, or a change of mind.

We will cover return costs only if the product is confirmed by the VT team to be damaged or faulty.

We accept returns within 7 days from the original purchase date for the UAE market, and within 14 days for international orders. Please ensure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a successful return and with the original tags attached.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive the products, our team will inspect the product as per the policy and process. If the product passes the check, we will proceed with the refund request.

The refund will be made within 10-15 working days or depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned due to a confirmed fault. In such cases, the full original payment will be refunded, provided the returned item meets our return conditions.

RETURNS FOR SALE PRODUCTS:

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE:

We accept exchange requests for eligible items, provided they meet our return criteria and are requested within the designated return period. Please note that all courier or transport fees related to the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for returns based on subjective reasons such as personal preference, feel of the fabric, or change of mind.

VT Official also reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items are found to be used, soiled, worn, damaged, or carry any perfume, scent, or deodorant. Such items will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
