Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
During peak times, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
For express shipping, please ensure availability to receive your package at the provided delivery address.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you or schedule a redelivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only within the UAE and MIDDLE EAST Countries
Deliveries to certain remote areas may require additional delivery time

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
You can track your order via our shipping partner's tracking portal.

6. Shipping Address Policy

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
VT OFFICIAL is not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation, returns, or exchanges unless the error is on our part.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order at vtofficial2024@gmail.com or via our contact page.
